Booths are sold on a first-come first-served basis.

- Your booth space will be 8 feet wide by 8 feet deep. Your booth will contain a 6ft. table with linens and one chair. You may have any of this furniture removed if you choose.
- If you need an extra table or electricity - be sure to select those options during registration.
- There will be NO PIPE & DRAPE available at this outdoor venue. We recommend bringing a canopy with weights for each leg to protect against wind.
- Displays may not be over 9’ tall and cannot impede the view of booths on other side.
- Professional Headshot - Looking to enhance your professional image with an updated headshot? Look no further! We're excited to announce that Melody from OdyMac Photo will be present at the expo, providing exhibitors with complimentary professional images to make sure you put your best face forward.
HEALTH & WELLNESS PAVILION: Booths 40 - 62 are reserved for our health and wellness providers including nutritionists, chiropractors, massage therapists, medical providers, etc. Booth assignments will be finalized by chamber staff to help distribute company types evenly.
