Tap into the amazing power of your mind Eat, Move and Love Yourself to Wellness: How to Promote Body Wellness through Mind & Spirit  Protect Your Business From the Bad Guys Life On Demand or Life by Design
Description
This combined topic will be formatted to give small business owners and those thinking about a small business start up more information that they thought possible on the what’s, what ifs, how to, where to turn to for the resources to help me them make good financial decision.  Also, this topic will help the attendees improve and get value from a business banking relationship regardless of size.
One of the delights of growing a business is building a team of people who share your vision and can execute on it.  However, with a growing staff come challenges that will require the sole practitioner to develop leadership and people management skills that may not come naturally.  Learn how developing solid values and processes and communicating them effectively are essential to success.
Our thoughts, intention, and beliefs are tremendously powerful. They can sabotage our aspirations, or catapult us forward towards manifesting the life we want to create. In this workshop we will explore the power of the mind, and learn a simple formula that will ensure your success in achieving your dreams in business and in life.
The demands of being a working person, a parent, a conscientious citizen and a healthy individual who is successful at weight maintenance remains a constant balancing act. In many cases, the self care that is requires to maintain optimal weight and health are the first to get dropped in the juggling of life's many responsibilities. Research has shown that small, consistent steps taken in one's daily lifestyle and food plan can make the biggest difference in the prevention of disease and overall health.
Come, listen and learn as Cheri serves up a big helping of FOOD FOR THOUGHT...simple strategies, motivations and easy to implement tips for achieving weight and lifestyle solutions.
Businesses are like children: hard to keep up with and manage during their formative years, and at the same time rewarding; in later years, indispensable support for their parents/founders. But how do you avoid the inevitable hurdles and challenges? What if the wolves are howling at your door, the thieves are climbing in your windows, your money bag has a big hole in the bottom? What then?

In this workshop, we'll explore

1. How to Plan Your Leadership to Avoid Trouble
2. How to Build Your Business and Ensure Long Life
3. How to Grow Your Money from Survival to Significance
4. How to Enroll and Manage a Productive Team
5. How to Avoid Damage from Lawsuits, Liability, and Losses

Which one are you living?  In response to today's chaotic, complex, and frenetically paced world, it becomes vital to transform the challenges you face into coherent meaningful actions that source from your true sense of purpose and passion. This stimulating session will help you become deeply aware and aligned on four levels, so that your  true creative capabilities can surface. You’ll discover how to design sea changes—positive, profound, lasting changes—in your life, organizations, and the world.

Do you know how to bring out the Angel’s Advocate in you when faced with the Devil’s Advocate?  Bonita Banducci will share her “awakenings” to the differences women bring to leadership and how to leverage your strengths working with men—as partners, customers, bosses, or vendors. You will learn how to adapt and adopt with different communication styles and have fun making the differences work while making a difference.
While setting the stage for modern day women’s health, Patricia and Margaret take us on a journey through ancient medical practices and show us how we can proactively reclaim our natural health resources with the tools of the 21st century.  We will learn how to develop an integrated approach to reduce negative affects of stress, sustain healthy metabolism, optimize hormonal balance and promote vibrant aging - customized for our individual needs.

Topic Using do-it-yourself publishing as a tool to start, build, and expand your business Trusting Your Intuition in Business Sleeping On It: Dreams As A Problem Solving Tool. Steps for Women's Health & Prevention of Chronic Diseases My Formula for Success/Me Against the Big Boys Superwomen don't do it all alone! Creating a powerful support network.
Description
Looking for a new tool to promote your business, increase your revenue, or add a little fun back into your work (or life)? Then you need to explore the changing world of do-it-yourself publishing and how everything from children's books to newsletters to niche market how-to guides can be used to support your business. You'll learn the three most important questions to ask yourself before starting any project, as well as the four steps you must take to see a return from your time, effort, and investment.
How often do you really listen to your intuition?  Learn to differentiate intuition from primal instincts. Trust your gut and flashes of insight instead of fear.  With self awareness, it is easier and more natural to lead a healthy life with power and purpose in your business role.
The expression "sleeping on it" actually has a proven track record as a method of finding solutions and dreaming is at the core of this method.  We will discuss how to tap into the innovative wisdom of our dreams for career success.
Life can change in an instant. Whether from a sudden accident, or an unexpected result from an annual medical check up, our good health is something to be cherished and protected day to day. It is less costly and painful to prevent illness and disease than it is to treat it. Learn the important steps and screening tests necessary for keeping your health in check.
Based on lessons learned from each new venture, I have developed what I call, “The Formula,” a corporate dogma that encompasses criteria for product development, manufacturing, and marketing. Most recently, I implemented “The Formula” to design, create and manufacture Dittie, the first brand of feminine protection that is as fun and stylish as it is reliable and trustworthy.
Create a powerful support team for better productivity, effectiveness, and peace of mind.  Powerful women need a powerful support team.  Learn how investing just a small amount of money into your own self-care will help you think more clearly and get more done without feeling burnt out.
