The Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce has been a voice on behalf of business and the community for nearly 90 years. The Chamber is dedicated to improving economic vitality and quality of life in Santa Cruz . We create venues for those with a stake in the success of our community to interact, to learn together, to develop and share a common vision, and to work collectively to achieve that vision.

Marketing Communications. The Chamber provides resources that support the branding and marketing of our members and our community. We are a hub through which decision makers communicate and in which our members connect with potential customers, vendors, industry and professional groups, and others with shared economic interests. Tell us what your needs are – we’ll make every effort to help you take best advantage of your market opportunities.

Marketing Tools. The Chamber provides tools for the efficient advertising and marketing of goods and services. Our new Website provides a content‐rich directory of member businesses including unique devices to connect you with your customers – devices such as members showing others “How To…” in online videos and individual sub-listings including photos of key customer‐contact people within your business. The affordable Chamber Newsletter flyer program, participation in the Chamber Business Fair, or one of many sponsorship opportunities provide targeted advertising contact opportunities.

Networks. The Chamber has always been a place for individuals to build relationships and become engaged in our community. The Chamber continues to host a variety of mixers, luncheons, breakfasts and education events that provide opportunities for our constituencies to come together. We are taking advantage of our new Website resources and the use of “Web 2.0” communities and resources to attract a next generation of leaders. With our Chamber Weblink database we can track members’ interests and join those with common needs and concerns in Community of Interest such as community branding, environmental tourism, and business incubation as well as serving our more tradition communities such as Women in Business (WiB) and the Santa Cruz Technology Alliance (SCTA).
